Commissioned by Micalf5 of his friend Claire-Field's OC Tobias from Chronicles of Thedas (a Dragon Age RP), who is a street performer and a tarot card reader.
Face claim for the character is Colton Haynes, although because Tobias is elf-blooded, there are certain things that I have to modify (eye shape, ears) to get him to look a little elf-like.
